
Q: I can’t remember my username. How can I find out what it is?
A: Your username is simply your primary email address. In the case of most clients, this is the email address that we use to communicate with you on a regular basis.
For those clients that have more than one primary email address – such as larger business with numerous entities and therefore many email addresses – it may be best to contact our office to confirm which email address/username corresponds with which Client Portal account.
Q: I’ve lost my password. Can you help me retrieve it?
A: Client Portal security is set up in such a way that it is not possible for CPD staff to access the passwords of other Portal users, which means that a lost password cannot be retrieved.
However, you can quickly and easily reset your password yourself at any time of the day or night, as often as required.
Simply go to the Client Online Access page of our website, and click on the ‘Help, I’ve forgotten my password’ link. Enter your email address (ie. your username) and then click on the Send Password button. The Portal will send you an automatically generated email with a new, temporary password. As soon as you login, you will be required to change the temporary password to a new password of your choosing. After that, you will once again be able to access your Client Portal account as before.
